2026 St. Martha’s First Holy Communion Photos

Hello! My name is Kristen and I am a family photographer based out of Williamston! My husband, daughter and I are parishioners at St. Martha’s and my daughter is a second grader at the school! First Holy Communion is such a special time and I am honored to be a part of your special day and memories!
This year, because my daughter is receiving her First Holy Communion, things are going to run a slightly different than last year. Individual portraits will not be done after Mass this year. Individual portraits will have to be booked on the dates listed below or by appointment only. After Mass, I will be taking the group photo and I am happy to take a photo for any family who would like a family photo!
After Mass & Group Photo
After Mass, with the assistance of Ms. Jackie, all of our First Communicants will get set up for the group photo. Please stay in your seats after Mass so we can gather everyone for the photo quickly. You are free to leave after the group photo is taken.
After Mass, if you would like a family photo, please line up after the group photo.
For families booking a time for individual portraits:
April 18th, 19th, & 25th or by appointment
Please book a 15 minute session on the form at the bottom of the page!
$40 will be required within 48 hours of booking via an invoice from Kristen Gibson Photography. This accounts for the portrait session and one final gallery image. You will have the option to purchase additional images (or full gallery) from your final gallery.
Please bring a comb/brush to fix any hair. Parents, I will rely on you to help fix dresses, hair, etc! If you have a Rosary or any special item such as a small bible that you would like your child to have their photo taken with, please bring it.
If you would like for your family portraits to be taken during this time, please let me know on the form!
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time! Please plan to arrive even earlier if you have a child that needs to change!
† The church will be reserved for the time that I am in there, but please be considerate of any individuals in prayer or preparation for confession.
Posing, Gallery & Payment
Posing:
My plan is to take a few different poses of your child. This way you have the ability to choose your favorites! Your gallery will have a variety of poses to choose from. My goal is for you to have 8-15 photos in your final gallery! 15 minutes is plenty of time to get all the photos that you could want! To ensure that your child is looking in the right direction and posed appropriately, I kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos with your phone or camera during your session.
Gallery:
Your photos will be delivered to you via an online gallery. There, you will have the ability to see your full gallery. Please make sure that I have the correct email address as this is the way you will receive your gallery. All photos will be watermarked until purchased. In your gallery you will have the ability to download your digitals as well as order prints from a professional print lab directly through your gallery.
Payment:
All payment will be processed through your gallery. You will have the option to purchase photos individually or as a gallery as well as prints. $40 will be required within 48 hours of booking via an invoice from Kristen Gibson Photography. You will have the option to purchase additional images (or full gallery) from your final gallery. Full digital galleries will come with 8-15 images and will be available for an additional $85. If you would like additional photos, but do not want the full gallery, individual photos will be available for purchase through your gallery as well.
Print options with expedited shipping will be available through your gallery.
Every family will receive the group photo to remember this special occasion for your child.

If you want individual portraits of your child for their First Holy Communion, please select a date & time that works best for you.
If you happen to have more than one child celebrating their First Holy Communion, please book back to back sessions.
If appointments are fully booked, I will open more as needed!
